PoneBike (Pone Bike Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded by engineers from the e-bike and battery industries to close a gap: international brands needed a manufacturing partner who could co-develop product, not merely assemble kits. Today our 45,000 m² campus in Dongguan, Guangdong runs frame fabrication, powder coating, motor and battery integration, and a certified testing laboratory under one roof.
Since 2013 we have delivered more than 400,000 e-bikes to 40+ markets — as finished OEM/ODM programmes for consumer brands, as fleet platforms for bike-share and logistics operators, and as private-label lines for distributors entering the category.
Twelve robotic welding stations produce 60,000 frames per month, our seven-stage powder line handles any RAL colourway, and three assembly halls complete up to 1,500 bikes per day. Battery packs are built and aged in-house with full cell-level traceability.
A 40-person engineering team covers frame design, battery integration, firmware and compliance. The in-house lab runs dynamometer, climate chamber and salt-spray programmes, so every published range, torque and durability figure is backed by our own test data before it reaches a datasheet.
Our platforms hold EN 15194, EN 17128, UL 2849 and UN38.3 approvals, supported by ISO 9001 quality management and annual third-party audits. Documentation packs for market entry are prepared per project and shared with partners under NDA.
From Europe to North America and Asia-Pacific, we support partners with container logistics, battery transport documentation, spare-parts programmes and engineer-to-engineer support across time zones. After-sales stock and technical escalation are handled from our Dongguan headquarters within 24 hours.
